The position

One vendor. One integrated system.

An operating system, a document and media suite, a mail client, a browser, an AI agent and a dozen more applications — designed together, versioned together, and supported by the people who wrote them. Not assembled from a dozen suppliers. That integration is the product.

How it works

Four steps, in this order.

Nothing is signed before you have run the system on your own hardware.

  1. Evaluate

    Download the ISO and run it. Boot from USB, install it on a spare machine, put it in front of the people who would use it. No licence, no conversation, no obligation.

  2. Scope

    We look at what you actually do — the machines, the network, the constraints, the workflows worth changing. Short, and it ends in a written scope with fixed options.

  3. Deploy

    We install and configure the system on your infrastructure, integrate what needs integrating, and train the people who will live in it.

  4. Support

    The licence renews per deployment. Updates, a named contact, and a retainer if you want us working on it continuously.

What a licence covers.

Four lines. Which of them apply, and at what scale, is decided with you.

Deployment licence
Per site or per environment, for the version year, renewed annually.
Seats
Per person for licensed applications, where a per-seat count is the right shape for the deployment.
Integration work
A separate fixed-price statement of work, available to an active licensee. What we build for you is licensed to you; the underlying engine stays ours.
Support retainer
A fixed monthly block for ongoing configuration, new modules and policy changes.

Every deployment is quoted in writing, once we understand what it involves.
