The system
Ollie System: a complete Linux desktop with every Ollie application built in, installed on hardware you already own.
We deploy Ollie System on your own infrastructure, fit it to how your organization actually works, and stay with it — one vendor for the desktop, the applications and the AI.
An operating system, a document and media suite, a mail client, a browser, an AI agent and a dozen more applications — designed together, versioned together, and supported by the people who wrote them. Not assembled from a dozen suppliers. That integration is the product.
Licensed as a whole, or as the individual applications you need on the machines you already run.
Ollie System: a complete Linux desktop with every Ollie application built in, installed on hardware you already own.
Suite, Assistant, Mail, Browser, Intelligence, Hub and the rest — licensed on their own for macOS, Windows and other Linux distributions where you need them.
Installed on your infrastructure, inside your network. Local models on your own GPUs where inference has to stay in the building.
Updates through the version year, a named contact, and the option of a retainer for continuous work on your configuration.
Nothing is signed before you have run the system on your own hardware.
Download the ISO and run it. Boot from USB, install it on a spare machine, put it in front of the people who would use it. No licence, no conversation, no obligation.
We look at what you actually do — the machines, the network, the constraints, the workflows worth changing. Short, and it ends in a written scope with fixed options.
We install and configure the system on your infrastructure, integrate what needs integrating, and train the people who will live in it.
The licence renews per deployment. Updates, a named contact, and a retainer if you want us working on it continuously.
Four lines. Which of them apply, and at what scale, is decided with you.
Every deployment is quoted in writing, once we understand what it involves.
Banks, lenders, clinics, law firms, public bodies. If the answer to “where does this data go” has to be “nowhere”, Ollie is built that way by default rather than configured into it.
A standard desktop image, the same applications on every machine, one vendor to call when something breaks.
Vessels, aircraft, remote sites, air-gapped rooms. Everything runs offline, including the AI.
Write to us with a sentence about your organization and the problem you want the system to solve. You will get a person, not a form.
